Refund policy

Returns
Returns / Refunds up to 14 days after purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be Items must be in new, unused condition. Please use the original packaging where appropriate. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. gift items).
After 14 days from your purchase, please call or email for details, exchanges must have prior approval.

We will gladly offer gift-cards or account credits on exchanged items for up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be in new, unused condition.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. At approval, refunds are processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-4 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Contact us.
Please then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. IF you still are not seeing a refund that we have processed, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the original purchaser receives the credit where due.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We will try to be as quick as possible!
You may wish to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
