Earthly Petrified Wood Bowl is hand shaped from authentic petrified wood,  highly polished to showcase the tree rings and all natural rich leather brown, reds and creamy coffee colors. It tells an ancient story of our past earth.

Petrified wood is made up of almost solid quartz. The colors are produced by impurities in the quartz, such as iron, carbon, and manganese. Over 200 million years ago, the logs washed into an ancient river system and were rapidly buried deep enough by sediment and debris also carried in the water. Oxygen was cut off and decay slowed to a process that would now take centuries. Minerals, including silica dissolved from volcanic ash, absorbed into the porous wood over thousands of years crystallized within the cellular structure, replacing organic matter over time.

Seven Gems Chakra Pendant

I was overjoyed when my pendant came in the mail! It is even more beautiful in person than it was in the photo online! I purchased a ring, as well, to wear with the necklace and I have not taken it off my finger yet! Brenda was so helpful and my order came much faster than I anticipated!
